At GCS, we expect our students to be upstanding citizens who try to be Christian examples in all areas of student life. Their leadership and values make Georgia Christian School have a Christian environment that is conducive to learning. We will provide a Christian foundation that promotes a passion for learning, responsible citizens and the skills necessary to lead through character development, spiritual guidance and excellent academic instruction.
Within our student body, we have many countries represented. Students from South Korea, Germany, Thailand, India, Lithuania, as well as students and faculty members from South America help make up our "average" GCS Student.
There are students who have a strong legacy at GCS. They are part of a third, fourth or fifth generation who walk these halls and have become educated in the same Christian environment that they are involved in today. We also have many students who are the first generation of their families to attend here, who are giving fresh input to our ever growing heritage. No matter if you have a connection to our school or if you are new to our family, there is a place for you at GCS.
Important Information:
- 16 year olds – ...completion of a state approved driver education course is required to obtain a Class D license. Additional, 16 years olds must complete a total of 40 hours of supervised driving, 6 hours of which must be at night. A certificate of completion from the driver education school must be presented at time of application for a Class D Driver's License.
- 17 years olds – ...17 year olds are not required to complete a driver education, but are required to complete a total of 40 hours of supervised driving, 6 hours of which must be at night.
